Getting Started at BFF is a 1,2, 3 process.
1) Buy you introductory 3 session package
2) Sign into you Vargaro Schedule and choose a time for your class
3) Choose your Bungee Harness Color (see chart below)

*****With multiple BFF instructors at most sessions, BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME to join us at any session. You will likely be "a bit nervous" trying something so new, however you are going to have the time of your life, learning something so new, laughing and socially engaging with the small class of less than 12 members. We guarantee smiles, laughter and a feeling of zero gravity exercise, like you have never experienced.

Intro 3 Pack "PACKAGE"
Where do I begin? You MUST purchase the INTRO 3 pack "PACKAGE" , BEFORE booking any classes! (once the INTRO 3 PACK is purchased, you will be able to log into the calendar and book your classes).

Regardless of shape or size ALL studio clients are enrolled in a beginner ascending class. As a beginner, you will become familiar with your bungee with basic moves and dance routines to build upon. While you will have endless giggles and smiles, what you need to know is that, this will still be both physically and cardio vascularly challenging. We require all new members to take at least 3 ascending classes before moving to Gliding classes. When our team attaches you into your bungee harness, you are allowing the resistance of the bungees to lessen the impact and pressure on your joints (that are typically higher impact with exercise)! Bungees solve the challenges for all of us that might have difficulty doing climbers, squats or planks. We know you will love the satisfaction of doing these hard fitness moves, maybe you only dreamed of doing. We call it the feeling of zero gravity weightlessness! We would expect you to be on the studio floor for 45-55 minutes in total. It is highly important that you are timely as we will not stop our workout once started. (our doors MUST close promptly at class start time) **While 45-55 minutes may sound like a short workout, come and give it a try, as 15 minutes in a typical bungee workout, can burn up to 400 calories, which equates to an hour at the gym! (we have nurses as clients that have measured over 600 calories being burned in our 1 hour sessions)
As beginners, we need to prepare for takeoff. WE ASSURE you, we will make this a pleasant and enjoyable flight. While the 1st 10 minutes in a bungee, may feel strange, as you become more comfortable simply leaning forward or backwards, you will begin to trust the bungee. Once your do your very first pushup, squat, or burpee, you will LOVE YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENT, and be ready for going airborne!
****WHAT TO WEAR?
Comfortable fitted attire. I.e . leggings, fitted tank tops/ T-shirts / Razor shirts and sneakers "with laces" are a MUST. (else you will fly out of your shoes!).
NO SHORTS or 1/2 SHIRTS ALLOWED
Please remove ALL jewelry before you begin your class.
Be sure to bring a water bottle. You are going to need it! :)

If you have any current medical conditions or issues, you must get clearance from you primary care and or specialist before taking any classes. Please notify us if you have any other medical concerns "BEFORE" your bungee class begins.
One must not be pregnant to join our classes.
Unfortunately, at this time, our bungees cannot exceed 250 lbs.
All bungee clients must be at least 21 years of age.

Our GLIDING classes moves our clients to the next level of Fun and Fitness. As a glider, we introduce new, more challenging dance routines with new level of intense bungee moves and challenges. This level is what most you have been craving! While our beginner class gets you comfortable, and knowledgeable, the glider classes focuses on building core strength, improving balance, while increasing stamina and flexibility. A PERFECT balance of fun, laughter with a challenging healthy workout.

Our SOARING classes sets you free! This high intensity, high cardio, very fast paced resistance workout is for those individuals that simply cannot get enough! With little to no recovery periods in between moves, the music will be loud and proud as we you do dozens of squats, burpees, split jumps, knee lifts, push ups, squat jumps, leaps, etc. Simply put, for the intense, dedicated workout enthusiasts, your going to love the flight!

IT is NO surprise to honestly say….”things hurt” after a certain age. Yes with big smiles for some of us, it may have started in our 30’s,40’s or 50’s. By using bungees we are able to reduce the stress on the joints that bother us most(knees, hips, feet and ankles). While the Customfly classes focuses on BALANCE, CORE STRENGTH, MOBILITY and FLEXIBILITY, we take a slower approach, with lower intensity moves and more recovery breaks. For those that love music and dance and have committed themselves to a healthy lifestyle, the Customfly class is for you!
