While delivering a high intensity, low joint impact full body workout that is fun and exceeds your expectations is our goal, keeping our studio impeccably clean is a TOP PRIORITY.

No one understands cleanliness, disinfection and  customer health than the whole BFF team. YES, we do kid around "how many people does it take to mop and sanitize the studio?",  still, cleaning the studio is ALWAYS, ALWAYS completed before anyone gets to go home.    With more than 30 years experience in understanding the importance of sterility and neatness in healthcare and client wellness, we are looking out for you! 

As you would expect, no food or beverage (other than water) is ever allowed in the studio.  Our robotic floor cleaners, pick up the first levels of dust, dirt and grime, as the floor units run through their cleaning cycles multiple times per day.  Hand mopping, sanitizing and disinfecting our waiting area, bathroom and studio MULTIPLE times each day, gives us the personal satisfaction and pride than our studio is ready for our clients to enjoy.  

Our bungee harnesses are UV light  AND chemically sanitized after EACH AND EVERY session. (It is the main reason we allow 30 minutes in between all our classes)   Rest assured, ALL our clients will ALWAYS use bungee harnesses that are clean, disinfected and sanitized.
